Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. She is best known for her role in FX's horror show American Horror Story (2011-2021). The show received nominations for the Tony Award as Best Actress in a Play for her role in The Merchant of Venice. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010) The Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe has also been seen on television in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) as well as The First Lady (2022). Rabe was paired opposite Jill Clayburgh in Never Again her first appearance on screen. Her professional stage debut was performed at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts in which she was a part-time actress with her mother. Two one-act plays written by Israel Horovitz, Speaking Well of the Dead, as well as The Crazy Girl, by Frank Pugliese, were her roles which earned her an Equity Card. In 2003, she returned at the Gloucester Stage Company to star in Proof by David Auburn. In the same year, she was also in Mona Lisa Smile. The actress returned to New York shortly after she completed her degree. Deirdre O’Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play. It was part of a show known as The Democracy Project, presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company.
