Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November in 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. Her previous roles included a presidential candidate and hosting a television show on MSNBC. She is also a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and an earlier co-host on the show The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear in May 2021 that they would be leaving the show to start their own project, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a co-host along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on guest appearances on programs such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball says that her political interest due to her experience as pregnant during the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the outcome of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to see how the outcome affected people in that country, and thus became aware of the impact that US politics have on the lives of people around the world. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional District in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 until July 2015, she was host of the MSNBC program The Cycle. In May of 2017, she launched the People's House Project, a political action group working on behalf of Democratic causes.
